Cameron et al. (1989) - eight consignments (five in 1965-66 and three in 1966-67) of A. nemorum were received from Kent, England.

Release details:

Cameron et al. (1989) - a total of 1,000-2,000 individuals imported 1965-67 were released at two sites in the Nelson district of the South Island.

Establishment:

Cameron et al. (1989) - no recoveries were made at the release sites in the season following release. Failure to establish was attributed to relatively high winter temperatures.
