Cameron et al. (1989) - Gelis ?areator is a secondary parasitoid which emerged from a 1955 importation of 5,000 Coleophora trifolii host larvae collected near MontmÃ©dy, France. An unknown number of this parasitoid species emerged. Specimens were sent to the British Museum of Natural History for identification; none were released.
